Good Comes from Hard Times in New Book
FORT SMITH, AR – Through an unwanted divorce, Arkansas native Pat Geren believes God used a difficult time in her life to reveal Himself both to her and through her.
Published by Tate Publishing and Enterprises, her new book releasing this month, “Storm Clouds and Rainbows: A Journey from Despair to Joy,” describes examples of how God used an ordinary woman in not-so-ordinary ways as she became an ambassador in the lives of hurting women to bring salvation, healing, restoration, and joy. She supplements her stories with biblical principles to offer inspiration to readers.
“I love to minister to hurting people who desire change in their lives,” Geren says. “Staying connected to the weary one and letting them know I care and I am there for them is a great way of encouraging and enriching their lives.”
Geren puts her words to action staying involved with her church. Each Monday night, she hosts young women from her church and teaches them practical skills like sewing, knitting, and crocheting. She currently resides in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
The book is available at any bookstore nationwide or can be ordered through the publisher at www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore, or by visiting barnesandnoble.com, amazon.com or target.com. An audio version of the book is also available from the publisher.
